ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent police to comply the order in Crl.M.P.No.1058 of 2019 dated 22.02.2019.

2.The Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvotriyur, on 22.02.2019, the second respondent has transferred the case diary to the third respondent on the ground of jurisdiction and that the third respondent is taking steps to register the FIR as per the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction given by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvotriyur by order dated 22.02.2019.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent Police to register the FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner and in compliance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvotriyur dated 22.02.2019.
