The petitioner, who is working temporarily as Lab Technician Grade-II, sought for regularisation by way of a representation dated 27.08.2015. Seeking early disposal of the representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent no.4 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
