ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to handover the cranes bearing Registration Nos. NL02-N-1868 and NL-02-N-1870 to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that due to the dispute between the petitioner's management and the employees, the employees have taken the Cranes belonging to the petitioner bearing registration No. NL02-N-1868 and NL-02-N-1870 and parked before the second

respondent Police Station. He further submitted that when the petitioner approached the second respondent to handover the said Cranes, they refused to handover and hence, he requests to direct the respondents to handover the said Cranes.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that due to the dispute between the employer and the employees, the employees have parked the aforesaid Cranes before the Police Station and the said vehicles are not involved in any case and the respondents are ready to handover the said vehicles to the petitioner on production of the relevant documents.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is directed to produce the relevant documents pertaining to the aforesaid Cranes before the second respondent within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of the said copy of the order, the respondent has to verify and satisfy with regard to the ownership of the said Cranes and return the same to the petitioner after getting proper acknowledgment.

5. With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs.
