The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to direct the respondents to consider his representation dated 03.07.2017, wherein and whereby, he sought for pension under the category of physically handicapped person.

2. After notice, the matter is taken up today for further hearing.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, based on the instructions, submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's request has already been considered and he has been paid monthly pension from the month of September, 2017 and he will be paid the said pension continuously every month hereafter.

4. The said statement made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
