O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 26.03.2024 and issue Transfer Certificate of petitioner's daughter L.Janani, Grade 5B having Roll No.G523-522.

2. Heard Mr.B.Sivaraman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.P.Rajarajeswari, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, a letter dated 15.05.2024 addressed by the District Educational Officer, Chengalpattu to the Government Advocate, High Court, Madras has been placed before this Court, wherein it is stated that instructions have been issued to the second respondent - School to issue the Transfer Certificate and that the Correspondent of the second respondent - School has informed that on 27.05.2024, the Transfer Certificate would be handed over to the petitioner 2/4

and the petitioner can approach the second respondent - School on the said day.

4. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
