ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4539 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that as far as the 2 nd petitioner is concerned, he has not complied the conditions regularly. As far as the 1 st and 3 rd petitioners are concerned, they have been complying with the conditions regularly.

st 4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the 1 rd petitioners have been complying with the conditions diligently, the and 3

st and 3 rd petitioners to appear before the respondent condition imposed on the 1 police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is totally relaxed. In so far as the 2 nd petitioner is concerned, the 2 nd petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions remain unaltered.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
