Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 5.30 p.m., until further order in bail application Crl.OP.No.11757/2022 dated 19.05.2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and pass such further or other order as this Hon'ble May deem fit and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.C.PAUL KANAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.11757 of 2022 on 19.05.2022 to report before the Respondent Police daily at 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
