The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 323 and 506(i) IPC seek a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sholinghur, Vellore District, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on their surrender before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sholinghur, Vellore District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the same day on merits and in accordance with law in connection with crime No.186/2014 pending investigation on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sholinghur, Vellore District, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sholinghur, Vellore District, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners on their surrender before that Court, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders.
