O R D E R

The petitioner was placed under suspension by order dated 20.03.2014. The petitioner challenges the order of suspension on various grounds.

2. When the Writ Petition came up for hearing on 06.02.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, a direction is issued to the disciplinary authority to review the order of suspension.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the 1st respondent would review the order of suspension within a period of six weeks.

4. The 1st respondent is directed to consider the question of reviewing the suspension order on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
