This petition has been filed to direct the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, in his order in Crl.M.P.No.1359/2015, dated 30.11.2015 that the petitioners shall be appearing and signing before the respondent police twice at 10.00 a.m. And 5.00 p.m. to that of appearing and signing before Saravanapatti Coimbatore, to consider and pass orders on the bail petition to be filed by the petitioners on the same day in Crime No.460/2015 pending on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Annur Police Station, Coimbatore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. While granting bail, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, has imposed a condition that the petitioners shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Udumalpet Police Station police daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. as one of the conditions and this petition has been filed to modify the said condition stating that the petitioners are Engineering College students studying in Kumaraguru College of Engineering at Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, and the petitioner College is reopening next week. Therefore, they will find it difficult to comply with the said conditions. 3.

Considering the submissions made, the condition imposed on the petitioners by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, in the order dated 30.11.2015 made in Crl.M.P.No.1359/2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. The other conditions imposed on the petitioners by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, remain unaltered.

4. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
