Prayer: Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and process the application of the petitioner dated 12.12.2013 to survey the land and issue patta in respect of the property, being Gramanatham house site measuring 28 cents, comprised in Old S.No.100/10, present Survey No.374/24(part) and 274/28, situated at No.77, New Gummidipoondi Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District within boundaries mentioned in the sale deed in favour of the petitioner.
