ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 27.10.2015.

The petitioner herein lodged a complaint on 27.10.2015 as against one Karuppan and five others. Though the complaint was lodged as early as on 27.10.2015, till date no action has been taken. Hence, this present criminal original petition has been filed.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was registered on 14.12.2015 in Crime No.201 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 447, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since already FIR has been registered in Crime No.201 of 2015, now nothing survives in this petition for adjudication and recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
