Petitioner is said to have purchased the property on 22.01.2008. The petitioner made a request on payment of cost for surveying her land property on 28.02.2011, 29.05.2012 and 14.05.2014. It was followed by another representation dated 21.08.2015. On non consideration of the petitioner's representations, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the third parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
