Prayer in W.P.No.25521 of 2014:- Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuae a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to count half of the service rendered by the petitioner as Plot Watcher on daily wage basis from 1.10.1982 till 17.12.2006 along with the regular service rendered by him

as Forest Watcher from 18.12.2006 till the date of his retirement namely 31.8.2013 as qualifying service send the revised proposal to the fourth respondent grant pension to the Petitioner with all consequential monetary benefits. For Appellants : Mr. S. Arumugam, Government Advocate

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY, ACJ) Mr. S. Arumugam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants submitted that the appellants had complied with the orders of this court made in W.P.No.25521 of 2014, dated 19.09.2014, hence, the Writ Appeal may be dismissed as infructuous.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate the above Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
