Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.10341/2021 dated 15.06.2021 on the file of this Court that the petitioner should report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further order of this Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Clause 6(b) of the order dated 15.06.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7243 of 2021

2. This Court, vide order dated 15.06.2021, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed. He further submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
