Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2018 and acknowledged on 28.02.2018 by renewing the recognition to the Murugan Nursery and Primary School at No.61A, M.K.V.Koil Street, and No.22, Mettu Street, Chidambaram, Cuddalore District for the year from 01.06.2017 to 31.05.2020 to secure the ends of justice.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2018 seeking for renewing the recognition granted to the petitioner school.

2. Heard Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for admission on 04.08.2021, this Court directed the learned Government Advocate to take instructions and report before this Court.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate circulated the proceedings of the third respondents dated 10.08.2021, wherein the request made by the petitioner has been rejected. It has also been made clear that the petitioner should not admit any student in view of the non-renewal of the recognition.

5. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this writ petition and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the third respondent, it is left open to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. The learned Government Advocate shall serve the proceedings of the third respondent dated 10.08.2021 to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner immediately.

6. With the above observations, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
