The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.11.2015 on the file of the respondent in accordance with law.
2. In the affidavit accompanying the petition, the petitioner has stated that she is working as a Teacher in Sri Krishna Vidhyalaya aided Middle School, Ranipet. On 12.11.2015, the petitioner's brother N.Shyam came to the petitioner's school and demanded the lease deed of "Sri Krishna Bala Mandir School" belonging to the petitioner. Though the petitioner politely replied by telling him that she will show the same, her brother went to Sri Krishna Bala Mandir Nursery and Primary School, which is run by the petitioner's family and threatened the teachers working there and also the students to get out of the school. In the said incident, the petitioner's brother attacked the petitioner, due to which she sustained abrasions and internal injury and was admitted in hospital. Thereafter, the petitioner gave a complaint against her brother before Ranipet Police Station on 12.11.2015 and C.S.R. was also assigned to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
said complaint. Since no action was taken on the said complaint, the petitioner, having no other alternative, has come up with the present Criminal Original petition. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that C.S.R. number has been assigned to the petitioner's complaint vide C.S.R.No.557/2015 and the matter is pending.

Considering the above submissions and taking note of the fact that C.S.R. has been assigned to the petitioner's complaint vide C.S.R.No.557/2015, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the respondent to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.11.2015 if enquiry is not conducted so far, and proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.
