ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to punish the respondents herein, for willful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in M.P.No.2 of 2015 in W.P.No.16597 of 2015 dated 11.06.2015. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on an earlier occasion, the petitioner Association filed a writ petition before this Court and this Court granted interim stay of operation of impugned Government letter dated 24.03.2015 bringing re-designated Assistant Engineer under the category of Assistant Engineer for applicability of 3:1 ratio. However, the respondent has called for some particulars which has resulted in filing the present contempt.
3.When the matter was taken up today, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, submitted that no ineligible persons were granted promotion and the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.16597/2015, dated 11.06.2015, has not been violated.
4. In view of the stand taken by the learned Special Government Pleader, the present no case arises for contempt and, therefore, the present contempt petition is liable to be closed.

5. Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed. However it is open to the petitioner to proceed in accordance with law, if there is any violation of the rule provision and the order of this court in the promotion of Assistant Engineers vis-a-vis re-designated Assistant Engineers.
