The petitioner's contract has been terminated on the ground that he has not complied with the condition as stipulated in the letter of acceptance. Assailing the said decision made by respondent No.2, petitioner made a representation to respondent No.1. On its non consideration and seeking early disposal, the present writ petition has been filed.
