When the matter was taken up for hearing on 26.08.2020, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported no instructions. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to remove the name of the counsel and issue notice to the petitioner and also print the name of the petitioner. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, today, it is seen from the records that notice sent to the petitioner was returned with an endorsement ''left'' and hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
