J U D G M E N T

The present Second Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 17.06.2016 made in A.S.No.5 of 2016 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court, Gobichettipalayam confirming the judgment and decree dated 09.12.2013 made in O.S.No.60 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Sathyamangalam.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for both the sides submit that pending Second Appeal, a final decree was passed and possession was handed over to the parties concerned. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
