Ms.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the learned counsel for both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Seeking permission to celebrate 137th Birth Anniversary of Thanthai Periyar on 17.09.2015 at Mannur Village, Four Road Junction, between 09.00 am to 12.00 am, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the petitioner can be given permission, subject to the conditions mentioned in the Application dated 13.09.2015 which is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filed at page 5 of the typed set of papers along with this petition.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the said conditions would be complied with.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of, by directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to celebrate 137th Birth Anniversary of Thanthai Periyar on 17.09.2015 at Mannur Village, Four Road Junction, between 09.00 am and 12.00 am, subject to the conditions mentioned in the Application dated 13.09.2015.
