O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court - Coimbatore, while granting bail to the petitioner in C.M.P.No.158 of 2018, dated 09.05.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aggrieved by the condition imposed by the Court below, wherein, the Court below has directed that one of the surety shall be a close relative of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no close relative is coming forward to give surety to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition of the Court below is modified to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail on her executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
