ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the records of the 2nd respondent in impugned proceedings dated 03.02.2016, quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to deliver the registered document dated 22.07.2015 bearing No.P79/2015 with assigning regular registration number.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. He also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
