O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4618 of 2025, dated 21.02.2025.

2. The petitioner was granted statutory bail by the court below on 21.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.626 of 2025 with certain conditions and thereafter, the condition 4 (ii) imposed by the Court below was modified by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4618 of 2025 on 21.02.2025 directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and 1/3

thereafter, he shall appear before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for exclusive trial of CCB Cases (relating to cheating cases in Chennai) and CBCID Metro Cases, Chennai, everyday at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the respondent regularly and is continuously appearing before the trial Court without any break. Hence, he prayed to relax the condition.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police opposed for relaxing the condition stating that the appearance of the petitioner is required for the purpose of investigation.

5. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4618 of 2025 dated 21.02.2025, as follows:- "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until the filing of the charge sheet."
