Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to re-appoint the petitioner as Noon Meal Organiser in any of the existing vacancy or next arising vacancy at Bargur Block in Krishnagiri District, based on the recommendation of the third respondent dated 19.04.2010.
