Respondents Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay salary to the petitioner for the period from 01.02.1995 till her retirement on 31.08.2006 as Higher Grade Teacher (Craft Instructor) on the basis of her representation dated Nil 02.2013 sent to the second respondent within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay salary to the petitioner for the period from 01.02.1995 till her retirement on 31.08.2006 as Higher Grade Teacher (Craft Instructor) on the basis of her representation dated Nil 02.2013 sent to the second respondent within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, I am inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
