The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.67 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been arrested in this case.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to file bail application.
