ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records connected with C.P.No.39 of 2012 on the file of first respondent/I Additional Labour Court, Chennai and to quash the order dated 05.07.2016 made therein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the Company itself has been wound up and, therefore, he submits that, no further order is necessary in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
