ORDER
It is the specific case of the petitioner that in pursuant to the death of his father and mother in whose name pattas in original are standing, he along with other legal heirs are entitled for the same. However, according to the petitioner, pattas have been unilaterally adjudicated in the name of his brother, namely, respondent No.4. Hence, petitioner made a representation to respondent No.1 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
31.12.2013. By communication dated 17.02.2014, the respondent No.1 has sent the representation of the petitioner to respondent No.3 for appropriate action. Despite the same, as no action has been forthcoming in pursuant of the representation dated 24.03.2014, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition. 2.Taking into consideration of the pendency of communication of respondent No.1 to respondent No.3 dated 17.02.2014 followed by representation dated 24.03.2014, a direction is issued to the respondent No.3 to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondent No.4 as well as any other third parties, if so required within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
