This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) of the order dated 23.01.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.27945 of 2024 by this Court directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m.

2.The contention of the learned counsel for petitioner is that the petitioner filed a bail application in Crl.O.P.No.27945 of 2024 before this Court and this Court, by the order dated 23.01.2025, granted bail with certain conditions. One of the condition is that the petitioner to report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four months. The further contention of the learned counsel for petitioner is that the petitioner has got one year infant baby and she has to take care of her baby and also to attend her work. She is a daily wager, due to the condition imposed to appear before the respondent police on alternative days, she is 2/4

unable to continue with her work and take care of her baby. Hence, prayed for relaxation of the condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., is totally relaxed.
