CRL OP No.13710 of 2019 To direct the respondent authority to give police protection and permission to conduct Cultural Programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in the event of Pathapeetai Arulmigu Sree Mariamman Temple Festival at Vaniyambadi Taluk, Vellore District on 06/06/2019 between 06.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.05.2019.

CRL OP No.13712 of 2019 To direct the respondent authority to give police protection and permission to conduct Cultural Programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in the event of Kumalangulam Village Arulmigu Sree Gnana Muthalamman Temple Sagai Varthal Festival Cuddalore Taluk and District on 07/06/2019 between 06.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2019. CRL OP No.13713 of 2019 To direct the respondent authority to give police protection and permission to conduct Cultural Programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in the event of Nallavadu Arulmigu Sree Muthalamman Temple Festival Cuddalore Taluk and District on 13/06/2019 and 14/06/2019 between 06.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.05.2019. CRL OP No.

13715 of 2019 To direct the respondent authority to give police protection and permission to conduct Cultural Programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in the event of Nallathangiyur Arulmigu Sree Kattukodi Kambathaiyan Swamy Temple Festival at Sangakiri Taluk, Salem District on 03/06/2019 between 06.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2019. C O M M O N O R D E R These petitions have been filed to direct the concerned respondent police to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders for providing police protection and permission for conducting cultural programme (Aadal Paadal).

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that even though the petitioner has submitted representation before the respondent well in advance seeking permission and police protection for conducting temple festival and also for conducting cultural programme, so far the respondents police has not passed any order any hence he requests to direct the respondent police to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioners at an early date.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that because of the law and order problem the representations are kept pending.

4.In such case, the respondents/Police are directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners and dispose of the same in accordance with law on or before 24.05.2019 and inform the result to the concerned petitioners. 5.With this aforesaid direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
