(Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.,) The petitioner is before this Court with a prayer to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd and 5th respondents to take action on the petition dated 17.03.2021 against the unauthorized construction of compound wall on the public properties blocking access to the land at Survey No.118 and 121/1A. 2.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3.The learned counsels appearing for the respondents submitted that on 29.11.2021 a joint inspection was conducted in the presence of the petitioner and the iron concrete pillars put up by the private respondent were removed. In support of the same, they produced some photographs before this Court. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
4.In the light of the above, we are of the opinion that nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. SD/- ASSISTANT REGISTRAR // TRUE COPY // SUB ASSISTANT REGISTRAR
