9784 of 2013 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the process of the application of the petitioner for the grant of recommendation / comments pursuant to the letter issued by the 3rd respondent dated 2.01.2013 and submit its recommendations to the 3rd respondent within a time frame so as to enable the 3rd respondent to complete the process of the application of the petitioner for grant of recognition to the petitioner for its proposed College of Education in the name and style of "S.K.A. College of Education at Aundipatti, Theni District" to conduct B.Ed., Course from the academic year 2013-14.

3. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
