Swarnavel Government Advocate C O M M O N O R D E R The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that, the issue is covered against the petitioner at the moment by a decision of a Learned Single Judge of this Court in a batch of cases in W.P. Nos. 21453 of 2008, 1304 of 2010, 13187 to 13190 of 2011 etc., wherein common order came to be passed on 09.01.2015. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the writ petition may be tagged along with writ appeals, which are pending before the Division Bench of this Court. 2.

Since issue is covered against the Petitioner, there is no point in keeping this writ petition pending before this Court.

3. Therefore these writ petitions are dismissed in the light of the aforesaid decision of the Learned Single Judge. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
