C.M.P.No.20615 of 2016 in C.M.A.(SR) No.30825 of 2013 S.VIMALA, J., This Petition has been filed by the Southern Railway/Petitioner/appellant to condone the delay of 1301 days, in representating the above Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

3.In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support, the petition is ordered as prayed for, subject to the condition that the petitioner/appellant pays a sum of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the respondents/claimants, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this order stands automatically cancelled, without any further reference to this Court.
