SUBBIAH,J.,) Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal. He has also addressed a letter dated 22.08.2007 to the Registry, seeking permission to withdraw the appeal and has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.
