The petitioner was initially appointed as NMR vide proceedings dated 18.4.1995 on the file of Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation. Even though she has been working for the last many years, his services were not regularised. The petitioner therefore, submitted a representation to the Corporation on 16.6.2006 to regularise his services.
Nothing was heard thereafter. The petitioner is therefore before this Court.
2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 16.6.2006 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
