DHANABAL.J., This Court vide order dated 03.07.2024 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a direction to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.15 of 2024 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and directed the Registry to post the matter under the caption " for Reporting Compliance".

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is unable to mobilize funds and not able to deposit the said amount before the Court below. Due to which he has surrendered before the Court below. 3.In view of the above it is made clear that, no further adjudication is required in this petition.
