Mr.S.Bhuvana, the learned counsel representing Mr.K.Mohanamurali, the learned counsel for the petitioners 1 and 4 and Mr.N.Suresh, the learned counsel for the petitioners 2 and 3 submitted that the suit itself was disposed of on 31.01.2018 and nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition. The learned counsel for the petitioners 1 and 4 made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners 1 and 4, the Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
