The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 354, 447 of IPC r/w Section 3(i)(XII) of SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Amendment Ordinance Act, 2014, seeks a direction to the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, to consider and pass orders on the bail petition to be filed by the petitioner on the same day in Crime No.460 of 2015 pending on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Annur Police Station, Coimbatore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Coimbatore, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner on his surrender before that Court, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders.
