ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2021.

2.Heard Mr.T.V.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.G.Ameedius, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 & 6.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2021, and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order. Till the disposal of the petitioner's representation, the possession of the petitioner in respect of the property comprised in old survey No.262, new survey No.262/1, to an extent of 2790 sq.ft., situated at No.262, Cheran Street, Periyar Nagar, Medavakkam Main Road, Vellakal Village, shall not be disturbed by the respondents.

4.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
