O R D E R

These Review Applications have been filed to review the final Order passed by this Court dated 24.01.2025 passed in CRP.Nos.157 and 158 of 2025.

2. Review has been sought on the ground that based on the Order passed by this Court, the respondents/auction purchasers are trying to pay only Rs.4 lakhs. According to the Review Petitioner, as on date the respondents are liable to pay a sum of Rs.16,11,752/-. If the entire amount is paid, the review applicant has no objection.

3. In fact, while disposing the Civil Revision Petitions, this Court directed the auction purchaser to deposit the entire amount to the credit of the Execution Petition. The actual amount payable as on date including interest is not the exact amount claimed in the Execution Petition.

4. In such view of the matter, let the respondents deposit entire amount Page 2 / 4

including interest as on the date of deposit. On such deposit, the Execution Court, shall pass an Order.

5. With the above direction, these Review Applications are disposed of. No costs.
