The decree holder has filed this petition seeking transmission of the decree to the Principal District Munsif Court, Vellore. The petitioner states that the decree was issued on the basis of a settlement arrived at before the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority. After paying a sum of Rs.11,69,741/- towards part satisfaction, it is stated that a sum of Rs.1,35,00,988/- is due and payable. The present petition is filed because the only available asset of the judgment debtor is located within the jurisdiction of the Principal District Munsif Court, Vellore. On examining the petition and considering the submissions, this petition is liable to be allowed and is allowed as prayed for.
