The above application is filed for the following relief: "Set aside the Docket order passed in unnumbered O.S.Sr.No.6720 of 2024 by the Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur dated 26.03.2025."

2. Heard the learned counsels on the either side and perused the records.

3. The records would indicate that originally the suit had been filed before this Court where Court fees are paid on ad valorem basis. Before the suit could be numbered due to administrative reasons this Court by order dated 19.08.2024 in A.Nos. 4082 & 4083 of 2013 in CS.No.Sr.23136 of 2013 had returned the papers and the petitioner was directed to re-present the papers before the Court having Jurisdiction.

4. Thereafter, the petitioner has re-presented the papers before the Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur, where Court fee is calculated as per the Tamil Nadu Court Fee and Suit Valuation Act. The original plaint would show that the plaint has been returned only for paying the deficit Court fee. I see no reason to interfere with this return made by the learned Trial Judge.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. The Registry is directed to return the original plaint to the learned counsel for the petitioner after getting due endorsement. 23.04.2025 Index: Yes/No Internet: yes/No kan To 4/6
