ORDER

The petitioner was appointed as a Cook in the year 2006. During the course of the employment, the petitioner completed Diploma in Computer Application, typewriting in English and typewriting in Tamil. With the said qualification, she made a representation dated 09.07.2015 to the 2nd respondent seeking the post of Junior Assistant or Typist, placing reliance upon the Government order passed in G.O.Ms.No.15, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (B) Department, dated 21.02.2002. Seeking disposal of the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2015, after taking note of G.O.Ms.No.15, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (B) Department, dated 21.02.2002, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
