Prayer in W.P.No.23166 of 2015 : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to count half of the service rendered by the Petitioner as Plot Watcher on daily wage basis from 18.11.1983 till 6.8.2009 along with the regular service rendered by him as Plot Watcher (Supernumerary Post) from 7.8.2009 till the date of his retirement namely 28.5.2015 as qualifying service send the revised proposal to the fourth respondent grant pension to the petitioner with all consequential monetary benefits.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY, ACJ) Mr. C. Kathiravan learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants submitted that the appellants had complied with the orders of this court made in W.P.No.23166 of 2015, dated 31.07.2015, hence, the Writ Appeal may be dismissed as infructuous.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader the above Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
