ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the transfer order dated 30.07.2020 issued by the second respondent, transferring the petitioner to Thiruvallur in the post of Cooperative Sub Registrar.

2. This Court, at the time of admission has granted interim stay of the impugned order of transfer.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Rajendiran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that, he has received written instructions from the second respondent in R.C.No.7796/D1/2020, dated 28.11.2024, in which, it is stated that, pursuant to the interim order of this Court, the petitioner was retained in the same place vide Na.Ka.No.1309/A2/2020, dated 29.10.2020 and the petitioner is continuing in the same office for about four years. 2/4

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and the same is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
