C.M.P.No.16855 of 2021 in A.S.No.394 of 2018 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

This petition has been filed to bring on record the 2nd petitioner as the legal representative of the deceased sole appellant in A.S.No.394 of 2018 and array her as the appellant to the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, C.M.P.No.16855 of 2021 is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause-title.

5. It is open to the parties to file fresh petition to bring on record the left out legal heir, namely the son of the deceased appellant viz., B.Gopikrishnan.
