ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 4 and 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2021 for not to disburse any compensation for the acquisition of land measuring about 1.07 Acres comprised in Survey No.262/6, situated at Nallaganakothapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District without affording opportunity to the Petitioner.

2. The petitioner made a representation 16.02.2021 before the 1st to 5th respondents herein for not to disburse any compensation in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.262/6 ad-measuring to an extent of 1.07 Acres, situated at Nallaganakothapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District to the 6th respondent herein. While pending the writ petition, the 6th respondent died.

3. The 5th respondent filed counter affidavit dated 04.09.2021, stating that the entire extent of land comprised in S.No.262/6 measuring to an extent of 0.87.0 hectare has been acquired by the SIPCOT for the establishment of Industrial Park in the village. Due to dispute over the said land between the petitioner and the legal heirs of the 6th respondent, the compensation amount for the said land has not been disbursed to anybody. The compensation amount for the acquired land has been kept in abeyance and the said amount cannot be disbursed to anybody till the disposal of the land dispute.

4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
